The Los Angeles Dodgers announced that right-handed pitcher Tony Gonsolin underwent season-ending elbow surgery on Tuesday afternoon. The procedure, a pronator repair on his right elbow, was performed by renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache.
Gonsolin, 30, will miss the remainder of the 2025 MLB season as he begins rehabilitation.

The veteran starter made seven starts for Los Angeles this year, posting a 3–2 record with a 5.00 ERA. Known for his sharp splitter and deceptive delivery, Gonsolin has been a key rotation piece for the Dodgers since debuting in 2019.
