LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Dodgers have recalled right-handed pitcher J.P. Feyereisen, while Yoendrys Gómez has been designated for assignment.

Feyereisen, 32, was recently claimed off waivers from the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday. He made two relief appearances for Arizona before being designated for assignment on April 27, posting two innings pitched, two earned runs, and two strikeouts. This marks his second stint with the Dodgers, having previously appeared in 10 games last season, where he went 0-1 with an 8.18 ERA. Across five Major League seasons, Feyereisen has played for the Milwaukee Brewers (2020-21), Tampa Bay Rays (2021-22), Dodgers (2024), and Diamondbacks (2025), compiling a career 3.07 ERA in 95 games. The Wisconsin native was originally drafted in 2014 by the Cleveland Guardians in the 16th round out of Wisconsin-Stevens Point University.

Gómez, 25, struggled in his latest outing, surrendering three runs on three hits. Over three appearances with Los Angeles, he allowed seven runs in 4.1 innings. Before joining the Dodgers, Gómez pitched six games for the Yankees, where he went 1-1 with a 2.70 ERA and five strikeouts in 10.0 innings. Across seven minor league seasons, the right-hander holds a 12-17 record with a 3.49 ERA in 101 games. He was originally signed by the Yankees on July 2, 2016, out of Nirgua, Venezuela.
