HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced Monday that they have released American receiver Tim White ahead of the Feb. 10 free agency period.

White, ranked No. 27 on CFL.ca’s Top 30 pending free agents list, spent five seasons in Hamilton and became one of the league’s most productive pass-catchers. He recorded 383 receptions for 5,488 yards and 33 touchdowns during his tenure, earning All‑CFL honours in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He also led the CFL in receiving yards in 2023.

In 2025, White posted his fourth consecutive 1,000‑yard season, finishing with 84 catches for 1,016 yards and seven touchdowns.
