HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats announced on Thursday the signing of American receiver Dimitri Stanley.

Stanley, 25, recently spent time with the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent in 2024.
Standing at 6-foot and weighing 200 pounds, Stanley hails from Aurora, Colorado. He concluded his collegiate career at Iowa State University (2022-23), where he played in 23 games over two seasons, recording 48 receptions for 559 yards and one touchdown. Before his time at Iowa State, Stanley played four seasons at the University of Colorado (2018-21), amassing 70 receptions for 820 yards and four touchdowns.
Interestingly, Stanley’s father, Walter, enjoyed a 10-season professional football career, which included eight seasons in the NFL and two with the Ottawa Rough Riders (1993-94).
The addition of Stanley brings further depth and talent to the Tiger-Cats’ receiving corps as they prepare for the upcoming season.
