First workout dates, Spring Training media days and photo days announced for 2024 Spring Training

Spring Training Media Days to Take Place on Thursday, February 15th in Tampa, FL, and on Tuesday, February 20th in Glendale, AZ

Following are the first workout dates, subject to change, both for pitchers and catchers and full squads of the 30 Major League Clubs for 2024 Spring Training.  First is a listing for American League and National League Clubs, followed by a listing by Grapefruit League and the Cactus League affiliation.

           MLB will hold its annual Spring Training Media Days in Tampa, Florida on Thursday, February 15^th and in Glendale, Arizona on Tuesday, February 20^th.  Further details for each event will be announced in the near future.

In addition, below the first workout dates is the schedule of 2024 Spring Training Photo Days for each of the 30 Clubs.  Please note the following procedures for attending Photo Day:

• A request must be submitted via the MLB Credentials site (http://credentials.mlb.com) for each Club’s Photo Day that you would like to attend.
• The request must come from the assignment editor or the sports editor.
• The club must receive requests at least ONE WEEK prior to the scheduled Photo Day.
• The club will contact you directly to let you know if you have been approved to attend.
