The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Colorado Rockies Minor League pitcher Domingo Acevedo, who is currently on the roster of the Triple-A Albuquerque Isotopes of the Pacific Coast League, has received an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for Stanozolol, a performance enhancing substance, in violation of the Joint Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program. The suspension of Acevedo is effective immediately.
