#6 TreShawn Watson (WR, 6-4, 200, Jr., Antioch, Ill. / Antioch HS) – Minnesota State

– Caught five passes for 107 yards in a 31-29 win over No. 25 Bemidji State
– Recorded his first three-touchdown game as a Maverick
– Hauled in scores of six, 33 and 50 yards 
– Added three kickoff returns for 51 yards

NSIC Defensive Player of the Week
#31 Nalu Cordeiro (DB, 6-1, 180, Fr., Honolulu, Hawaii / James Campbell) – Minot State

– Recorded two pick-sixes in a 42-9 win at SMSU
– Scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 92-yard int return for touchdown, the longest in Minot State history
– Added a 29-yard interception return for touchdown, setting a school record with two pick-sixes in one game
– Added 5 solo tackles in the win
– His three interceptions on the season leads NCAA Division II

NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week
#19 Boston Hensley (K, 5-11, 180, So., Council Bluffs, Iowa / Lewis Central HS) – Wayne State

– Accounted for 14 points in a 44-17 win at MSUM
– Was 3 for 3 on field goals including a career-long 44-yarder
– Also made field goals from 35 and 41 yards
– Converted all five PAT kicks
– Added nine kickoffs for 504 yards with three touchbacks

Gunnar Hensley (AUGIE)
– Accounted for three touchdowns in a 35-13 win at UMary
– Completed 15 of 19 passes for 220 yards and a pair of passing touchdowns while adding a score on the ground
– Went 9 for 11 with 143 yards and the touchdown in the first half after entering in relief
– Led the NSIC with 11.6 yards per attempt and a 78.9 completion percentage
Sam McGath (BSU)
– Totaled four touchdowns in a last second loss at No. 13 MSU
– Had 15 completions for 149 yards with a long of 69 yards
– Threw for three scores with a 62.5% passing efficiency
– Added 15 rushing attempts for 128 yards and a score
– Had 277 yards of total offensive
– Set career highs with 128 rushing yards, 149 passing yards, four touchdowns and longest rush and pass attempts
Nick Bohn (WSC)
– Completed 20 of 34 passes for 267 yards and three TD’s 
– Threw two TD passes to running back Latravious Boyd giving WSC early 14-0 lead
– Added 54-yard strike to Kendrick Watkins-Hogue in fourth quarter

DEFENSE
Myles Taylor (AUGIE)
– Tied the NSIC lead with 2.0 sacks in a 35-13 victory against UMary
– Also added three tackles while racking up 17 yards lost on the two sacks
– Was one of three Vikings to record 2.0 sacks on the day
– Had a sack in each half including one on the final drive of the first half to help hold the Marauders to a field goal
Colton Hinrichs (BSU)
– Had 12 total tackles, with three solo, with a sack
– Set his career single-game high in total tackles (12) and assisted (9) against MSU
– Led the Beavers defensively with five more tackles than the next defender in line
– Broke his total single-season record for tackles with 18 total in two games, previously marked 16 in 12 games
Karson Dunn (MSU)
– Led the Mavericks in tackles with nine
– Also led the team in tackles for a loss with two and recorded the team’s only sack
Dexter Larsen (WSC)
– Led WSC defense with five tackles in win at MSU Moorhead
– Had 20-yard interception return for touchdown to go with a pass breakup
– Second interception return for touchdown in last three games

SPECIAL TEAMS
Matthew Jaeger (MSU)
– Kicked the game-winning 31-yard field goal as time expired vs. Bemidji State
– Averaged 54.0 yards per kickoff
– Went 4-for-4 in extra point attempts as he scored seven points in the game
