NEW YORK – Vancouver Canucks defenseman Carson Soucy has been suspended for one game for cross-checking Edmonton Oilers forward Connor McDavid during Game 3 of the teams’ Second Round Series in Edmonton on Sunday, May 12, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 20:00 of the third period. Soucy was assessed a minor penalty for cross-checking.
