The 2023 Wasserman Boxing schedule gets off to a great start with two free events that no one should miss. They will air live and only on Channel 5 in partnership with Infinitum Entertainment.
Lyndon Arthur, a boxer from Manchester who has a record of 21-1 and 15 knockouts, fights Braian Nahuel Suarez, of Argentina, on March 24 at the University of Bolton Stadium, live and for free on Channel 5.
The former WBO Intercontinental and Commonwealth Champion can become the first Englishman to win the IBO World Light Heavyweight Title and join Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. on a prestigious list of champions who have held the title. “King” Arthur gets his shot at the world title after winning two stoppage fights in a row. In September, the 31-year-old defeated Walter Gabriel Sequeira by TKO in the sixth round, and in December, he stunned domestic rival Joel McIntyre in the second round.
On Friday, March 31, Harlem Eubank (16-0, 6 KOs) will fight Christian Uruzquieta (21-5-2, 8 KOs), continuing his ascent up the Super Lightweight rankings.
