Rocker, 25, missed 37 games due to a right shoulder impingement. The right-hander made two rehab starts between May 23-29, totaling 7.0 scoreless innings with 8 strikeouts, 2 hits allowed, and one walk.

  • On May 30, Rocker pitched for Triple-A Round Rock vs. Reno, retiring the first 12 batters over 4 perfect innings before issuing a walk in the fifth (4.0+ IP, 0 H, 1 BB, 5 SO, 53 pitches/35 strikes).

A first-round pick by Texas in 2022, Rocker starred at Vanderbilt University (2019-21) and was a finalist for both the Golden Spikes Award and Dick Howser Trophy in 2021.

Codi Heuer Returns to Triple-A

Heuer, 28, made his first MLB appearance since September 29, 2021, after being selected from Triple-A Round Rock last Sunday. On Tuesday vs. Tampa Bay, he pitched 1.1 innings, allowing one run on one hit with one strikeout and a solo home run (20 pitches/16 strikes).
