Toronto Blue Jays finalize two roster moves

The Toronto Blue Jays have made the following roster moves:

•  LHP Easton Lucas has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game
•  RHP Zach Pop has been optioned to the Spring Training Complex
