The excitement returns to Remington Park Racetrack Casino as the 2025 Thoroughbred Season begins on Friday, 8 August, running through Saturday, 20 December. The 62-date racing calendar features marquee events like Oklahoma Derby Week, Oklahoma Classics, and the festive Extreme Holiday Showdown, along with a special celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the casino’s opening in November.

This year’s season includes:
- Grade 3, $400,000 Oklahoma Derby
- $300,000 Remington Park Springboard Mile
- NEW: $250,000 Great West Turf Sprint – the track’s first major turf sprint stakes, debuting on Oklahoma Derby Day

Oklahoma Derby Week: 22–28 September
A week of racing and festivities leads up to Oklahoma Derby Day on Sunday, 28 September, featuring over $1 million in purses across eight stakes races. Top contenders from across the country—including potential Kentucky Derby alumni—will compete, including Coal Battle, winner of the 2024 Springboard Mile.
