Prior to tonight’s game, the Yankees made the following roster moves:
- Added RHP Mark Leiter Jr. to the active roster.
- Signed RHP Will Warren to a Major League contract and selected him to the active roster.
Additionally, a corresponding 26-man move will be announced later.
