LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Dodgers announced today that they have exercised the club options on third baseman Max Muncy (1-year, $10 million) and left-handed reliever Alex Vesia (1-year, $3.65 million).

Age: 35
- 2024 Season: Appeared in 100 games, hitting 19 home runs with 67 RBI.
- Postseason Impact: In Game 2 of the NLCS, recorded his 14th career playoff homer, surpassing Justin Turner for the franchise lead. He finished the postseason with 16 career homers, helping the Dodgers secure back-to-back World Championships.
- Career with Dodgers: Since joining in 2018, Muncy has played 1,020 games, tallying 209 homers and 587 RBI, with a career OPS consistently above league average.
- Background: Drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the fifth round of the 2012 MLB Draft out of Baylor University. Played 96 games with Oakland before signing with Los Angeles.
- Alex Vesia
- Age: 29
- 2024 Season: Logged 68 appearances, going 4-2 with a 3.02 ERA. His 59.2 innings ranked second among Dodgers relievers.
