The Heavenly Prize Invitational Stakes is set to take place at Aqueduct Racetrack on February 22, 2025. This race is a $150,000 stakes event for fillies and mares aged four years and older. The race is one mile long and is run on dirt. Notably, Lasix is not allowed within 48 hours of post time pursuant to HISA Rule 421.

- Remaining finishers: 3% divided equally
The race has a weight requirement of 124 lbs. Non-winners of a graded stakes since June 1, 2024, are allowed 2 lbs; non-winners of a stakes other than state-bred since then are allowed 4 lbs; and non-winners of a stakes since January 1, 2024, or two races other than maiden, claiming, starter, or state-bred allowance since September 1, 2024, are allowed 6 lbs.
