COLUMBUS, Ohio – A series of promotional activities highlight a pair of important Columbus Fury home matches this weekend at Nationwide Arena. On Friday, the Fury hosts “A Tribute to First Responders” as an opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service and dedication these individuals provide to our community. First Serve is at 7 p.m. Sunday is Family Day with a 4-ticket pack available at $100. First Serve is at 2 p.m.
Friday’s match against the Orlando Valkyries also features a performance from the Irish Dancers of the Richens Timm Academy of Irish Dance during the break between sets two and three. The Shamrocks Bags and Pipes will perform on the concourse prior to the match. The event is sponsored by The Armory and the Dublin Irish Festival. A Friday with Friends ticket package allows fans to purchase two or more tickets at $15 off in the $40 section.
Sunday afternoon the Fury will host Grand Rapids for Family Day. Prior to the match families can enjoy both a face painting station and a friendship bracelet station on the main concourse. In the match, the Fury will recognize the Ohio State women’s hockey team for their recent NCAA Division I Championship.
