BOSTON, MA – The Boston Red Sox today announced the following roster moves:
- The Red Sox will not tender 2026 contracts to infielder Nathaniel Lowe and right-handed pitcher Josh Winckowski. As a result, both players will become free agents.
- The Red Sox will tender 2026 contracts to all 26 remaining unsigned players on their Major League roster. Fourteen players are already under contract for 2026: Roman Anthony, Brayan Bello, Kristian Campbell, Aroldis Chapman, Cooper Criswell, Garrett Crochet, Jarren Duran, Jordan Hicks, Ceddanne Rafaela, Patrick Sandoval, Trevor Story, Garrett Whitlock, Connor Wong, and Masataka Yoshida.
