WINNIPEG, MB., – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have strengthened their quarterback depth with the signing of American signal-caller Chase Artopoeus.

- College: UCLA (2019-2022), Tennessee-Chattanooga (2023-2024)
Artopoeus joins the Blue Bombers following a six-year collegiate career, beginning at UCLA before transferring to Tennessee-Chattanooga. Over 15 starts with the Mocs, he showcased his passing ability, accumulating 3,730 yards and 23 touchdowns, while adding 152 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
His standout performance in 2023 featured a five-touchdown outing against WCU, demonstrating his ability to command an offense. Artopoeus also finished the season with only seven interceptions, underscoring his efficiency as a passer.
Before transferring to Chattanooga, Artopoeus spent three seasons on UCLA’s scout and travel team, making two game appearances in 2022. His experience with both programs has prepared him for the next stage of his career in Winnipeg.
With Artopoeus now on board, the Blue Bombers continue to shape their roster as preparations for the upcoming season intensify.
