Chicago White Sox reinstate Chase Meidroth from 10-day injured list; place Gage Workman on 10-day injured list

CHICAGO – Prior to today’s series finale vs. Milwaukee, the Chicago White Sox reinstated rookie infielder Chase Meidroth from the 10-day injured list and placed infielder Gage Workman on the 10-day injured list with a right hip flexor strain.

Meidroth, 23, was placed on the injured list on April 21 with right thumb inflammation. He is batting .269/.387/.269 (7-26) with a RBI, four runs scored, five walks and one stolen base over nine games with the White Sox in 2025.

Workman, 25, is 0-2 in three games with the Sox since being acquired from the Cubs on April 26.
