Chicago White Sox Announce Five Roster Changes
GLENDALE, Ariz. – Before today’s spring training game against San Francisco, the Chicago White Sox made the following five roster adjustments:
- Optioned to Class AAA Charlotte (2): LHP Jake Eder and RHP Jairo Iriarte
- Optioned to Class AA Birmingham (1): RHP Wikelman González
- Reassigned to minor-league camp (2): LHPs Noah Schultz and Hagen Smith
These moves leave the White Sox with a total of 66 players in camp: 31 pitchers, six catchers, 18 infielders, and 11 outfielders.
