WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Oakland Athletics have announced 20 non-roster invitees for the 2025 Spring Training. This group features 11 players who were in the A’s farm system in 2024 and nine free agents signed to minor league deals following the 2024 season.
Key Invitees:
- Nick Kurtz, Infielder: Selected with the fourth overall pick in the 2025 draft from Wake Forest, Kurtz hit .368 with 4 home runs and 13 RBIs in 12 games with Single-A Stockton and Double-A Midland. He is ranked as the A’s second-best prospect by MLB.com.
- Daniel Susac, Catcher: The 2022 first-round pick batted .257 with 12 home runs and 50 RBIs in 88 games with Midland.
- Max Muncy, Infielder: The 2021 first-round pick hit .292 with 10 home runs and 38 RBIs in 58 games with Triple-A Las Vegas and the Arizona Complex League (ACL) A’s.
- Logan Davidson, Infielder: The 2019 first-round pick spent most of the season with Las Vegas, hitting .300 with 14 home runs and 51 RBIs in 87 games.
