*Clerveaux posted career-highs of 159 rushing yards and 30 carries to lead Holy Cross to a 19-16 victory over Fordham to improve to 2-0 in League play. *The sophomore running back earned the Johnny Turco Memorial Trophy, presented to the outstanding player of the Holy Cross Homecoming Game. *His 159 rushing yards is the highest single-game total for a Patriot League running back this season.
PATRIOT LEAGUE FOOTBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

*Blomstrom registered four tackles, 2.0 TFLs, two sacks and an interception to lead Georgetown to a 17-0 victory over Lafayette to improve to 1-0 in League play. *The sophomore defensive lineman helped the Hoyas’ defense limit the Leopards to 69 rushing yards and 236 yards of total offense. *He helped the Hoyas record their first shutout of a Patriot League opponent since joining the League in 2001.
PATRIOT LEAGUE FOOTBALL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

*Porto connected on a pair of field goals to help Holy Cross to a 19-16 comeback victory over Fordham. *His 49 and 46-yard field goals bested his previous career long of 45 yards. *The sophomore placekicker also kicked off four times for an average of 60.3 yards per kick.
PATRIOT LEAGUE FOOTBALL ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Tariq Thomas, Bucknell, Fr., RB, Springfield, Mass./Springfield Central
*Thomas rushed for 57 yards and his first two collegiate touchdowns on 21 carries in Bucknell’s 31-21 loss at Penn. *He scored his first touchdown on a nine-yard carry to tie the game at seven in the first quarter. *The freshman running back added a four-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter to bring the Bison within 10 points.

*Gary caught a career-high 13 passes for 137 yards in Bucknell’s 31-21 loss at Penn. His 13 catches were two short of the Bison single-game record. He recorded four receptions in a span of five plays on a fourth-quarter touchdown drive.
Bennett Henderson, Fordham, Fr., PK, Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair
*Henderson was perfect on kicks against Holy Cross, connecting on field goals from 43, 52 and 37 yards and a PAT in the Rams’ 19-16 loss to the Crusaders. His 52-yard field goal in the first quarter was the longest by a Patriot League kicker this season and the first of more than 50 yards by a Fordham kicker since 2018. The freshman placekicker is the first Ram since 2017 to connect on three field goals in one game.
Patrick Ryan, Georgetown, Sr., PK/P, Randolph, N.J./Delbarton
*Ryan made both PAT attempts and hit a 26-yard field goal in Georgetown’s 17-0 victory over Lafayette. He also punted seven times for 271 yards, including three punts downed inside the Leopards’ 20-yard line.
Frankie Monte, Holy Cross, Sr., LB, Ramsey, N.J./St. Joseph Regional
*Monte finished with 16 tackles, 1.5 TFLs, one sack and a pass breakup on Fordham’s final drive to seal the Crusaders’ 19-16 victory over Fordham. He leads the League with 71 tackles and is fifth in the FCS with 10.1 tackles per game.

• Sr. QB Ralph Rucker IV completed his first 13 passes of the game to help Bucknell hang with Penn in the first half, but the Quakers scored 21 points in the third to drop the Bison 31-21. • Rucker completed 26-of-34 passes for 241 yards and an 11-yard touchdown pass to junior wide receiver Nate Anderson in the third quarter. Rucker also rushed for 48 yards on nine carries. • Fr. RB Tariq Thomas carried 21 times for 57 yards and two touchdowns, including a nine-yard score in the first quarter and a four-yard touchdown run in the fourth. • Jr. WR Josh Gary finished with a career-high 13 receptions for 137 yards, while Jr. WR Eric Weatherly added seven receptions for 61 yards. • Sr. S John Schlendorf led the Bison with eight tackles and one sack. So. LB Nick Hoying also posted eight tackles. • Sr. S Mason Taylor recorded his first collegiate interception and Jr. CB Aaron Davis added four tackles and one sack.

Jr. WR Brady Hutchison led the Raiders’ offense with six catches for 102 yards, including a 57-yard touchdown reception from So. QB Jake Stearney. Hutchison’s 102 receiving yards was a single-game career high. • Stearney completed 23-of-33 passes for 182 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions. His touchdown pass to Hutchison was the longest of his career. • So. RB Chris Gee led the Raiders with 58 rushing yards on six carries. • Jr. LB Cole Kozlowski registered a game-high 12 tackles. He has recorded double-digit tackles in four games this season. Kozlowski leads the Patriot League with 10.8 tackles per game, ranking 13th in NCAA DI FCS. • So. DB Tymir Wynn made his first collegiate interception. Wynn also recorded five tackles. • Against Penn in Week Five, Jr. WR Treyvhon Saunders tied a PL single-game record with 16 receptions.

His 17 tackles is tied for the League’s single-game high this season. • Conway is 15 tackles shy of tying the Patriot League career record for total tackles (432), set by Holy Cross’s Jacob Dobbs in 2023. • Sr. RB Julius Loughridge finished with 52 yards and a one-yard third-quarter touchdown run on 18 carries. • Jr. QB Jack Capaldi threw for 199 yards, and Gr. WR Mekai Felton caught two passes for 53 yards. • Fr. PK Bennett Henderson was 3-for-3 on field-goal attempts, connecting from 43, 52 and 37 yards. He also made his only PAT attempt. S Zeraun Daniel had two of Georgetown’s four interceptions to lead the Hoyas to a 17-0 victory over Lafayette on Saturday. • Daniel’s two interceptions is tied with three other League players for the single-game high this season, including teammate Gr. DB Preston Murray. • So. DL Cooper Blomstrom posted four tackles, two sacks and an interception and Gr. LB David Ealey III added four tackles and a pick to help GU shutout a Patriot League opponent for the first time since joining the League in 2001. • The Hoyas rushed for 188 yards, limiting the Leopards to 69 yards on the ground, with So. RB Bryce Cox leading the way with 74 yards on 19 carries. Fr. RB Savion Hart carried 12 times for 54 yards and a touchdown in his collegiate debut. So. RB Udechukwu Enyerlbe added 39 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries. • Jr. QB Danny Lauter completed 12-of-25 passes for 100 yards and an interception, while Jr. WR Jimmy Kibble caught three passes for 42 yards.

Sr. QB Joe Pesansky’s three-yard touchdown pass to Sr. TE Jacob Petersen with 6:14 remaining in the game put Holy Cross in front for the first time in their 19-16 victory over Fordham. • Pesansky’s short pass to Petersen capped a 12-play, 75-yard drive that took more than six minutes off the clock. Pesansky completed 14-of-33 passes for 150 yards, two touchdowns, both to Petersen. • So. RB Jayden Clerveaux rushed for a career-high 159 yards on 30 carries. His 159 rushing yards is the highest single-game total in the PL this season. • Jr. WR Max Mosey caught three passes for 50 yards to lead the Crusaders’ receiving corps. • Sr. LB Frankie Monte posted 16 tackles, one short of his career high, 1.5 TFLs, one sack and one pass breakup. DuBois has nine pass breakups in the Leopards last two games and leads the Patriot League with 11 this season. • Jr. WR Elijah Steward finished with four receptions for 79 yards to lead the Leopards’ offense. Steward leads the Patriot League with 99.0 receiving yards per game. • Jr. RB Jamar Curtis rushed for a team-high 53 yards on 14 carries. The Preseason Offensive Player of the Year is third in the League, averaging 75.5 rushing yards per game. His six rushing touchdowns is tied for second.

Lehigh fell to Bucknell in a 38-35 double-overtime heartbreaker at Goodman Stadium. • So. RB Luke Yoder finished with 137 yards and three touchdowns, including one in the first overtime, on 22 carries. • Lehigh jumped out to a 14-0 lead behind a pair of touchdown receptions from Jr. WR Geoffrey Jamiel. • Jamiel’s first score came on a 23-yard pass from Gr. QB Dante Perri, and the second on a 34-yard pass from Fy. QB Hayden Johnson. Jamiel finished with 136 yards and two scores on nine receptions. • Johnson completed 17-of-23 passes for 200 yards, one touchdown and one interception. • So. WR Mason Humphrey caught nine passes for 109 yards. • Gr. LB Mike DeNucci posted 12 tackles and 1.0 TFL, and Jr. S Nick Peltekian added nine tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
