Toronto Blue Jays complete two roster moves

The Toronto Blue Jays have made the following roster moves:

•  RHP Dillon Tate has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game
•  RHP Luis Frías has been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo
