Colorado Rockies finalize two transactions

The Colorado Rockies announced the following moves today:

• Placed right-handed pitcher Ryan Feltner on the 15-day injured list (right shoulder strain).
• Recalled right-handed pitcher Riley Pint from Triple-A Albuquerque.
