Pittsburgh Pirates complete two roster transactions

The Pittsburgh Pirates today activated catcher Joey Bart from the 10-day injured list (left thumb injury).

Bart went 6-for-17 with a double and four RBI in six games on his rehab assignment with Triple-A Indianapolis.

Catcher Jason Delay has been optioned to Triple-A to make room for Bart on the 26-man active roster.
