Cambridge, Mass. native moves to USL Championship club for remainder of 2024 season

FOXBOROUGH, Mass.  The New England Revolution have loaned midfielder Jack Panayotou to USL Championship side Rhode Island FC for the remainder of the 2024 season.

Panayotou, 19, is in his second professional season and has started two of his 12 MLS appearances with New England since signing a Homegrown deal in 2023. The Revolution Academy graduate and 2022 MLS NEXT Cup Champion has also featured regularly with Revolution II, tallying 10 goals and four assists across 26 appearances with 19 starts. The Cambridge, Mass. native has recorded three goals in four appearances with New England’s second team in the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season.

New England continues the 2024 MLS regular season tomorrow, Saturday, May 11 on the road against the New York Red Bulls. The 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff at Red Bull Arena is available to watch on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app in English and Spanish. Listen on the radio on 98.5 The Sports Hub HD2 (WBZ-FM), with Brad Feldman and Charlie Davies on the call, and on 1260 AM “Nossa Radio USA” in Portuguese.
