A’s Announce 12 Roster Moves

OAKLAND, Calif. — The Oakland A’s optioned left-handed pitcher Brady Basso, right-handed pitchers Joey Estes and Royber Salinas, infielder Jordan Diaz and outfielder Lazaro Armenteros to Triple-A Las Vegas, the club announced today. The A’s also reassigned seven non-roster invitees to their minor league camp, including left-handed pitchers Jack O’Loughlin and Francisco Pérez; right-handed pitchers Gerson Moreno, Vinny Nittoli and Gerardo Reyes; catcher Yohel Pozo; and infielder Brett Harris.

The A’s now have 40 players remaining in camp, which includes 32 players on the 40-man roster and eight non-roster invitees. The breakdown includes 19 pitchers, four catchers, eight infielders and nine outfielders.
