PACKERS TRAVEL EAST TO TAKE ON THE STEELERS
The Green Bay Packers go on the road to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers on Sunday.
Including Super Bowl XLV, six of the last eight games between the two teams have been decided by seven points or less.

Enters his 15th season in the NFL, having previously served as an offensive coordinator for two seasons (Los Angeles Rams, 2017; Tennessee Titans, 2018), a quarterbacks coach for six seasons (Washington Redskins, 2010-13; Atlanta Falcons, 2015-16), and an offensive assistant for two seasons (Houston Texans, 2008-09). u In his first four seasons leading the Packers, has authored one of the greatest starts to a head-coaching career in NFL history. Per the Elias Sports Bureau, his 47 wins are the second most in league history by a head coach in his first four seasons in the NFL, trailing only George Seifert (52 in 1989-92). MIKE TOMLIN…In his 17th season as the Steelers’ 16th head coach.
Became the youngest head coach in NFL history to both coach in and win a Super Bowl when he led the Steelers to a 27-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII (36 years, 323 days), a record that held until it was eclipsed by Sean McVay in Super Bowl LVI (36 years, 20 days). By winning the Super Bowl in only his second season as a head coach, he also became the fastest to win a Super Bowl title in Steelers history. u Has led Pittsburgh to seven AFC North titles and has guided the Steelers to the playoffs 10 times, including two trips to the Super Bowl (XLIII and XLV). u Has won at least five home games in 15 of his first 16 years, including six in 2021. In his 16 seasons, he has never had a losing record.

Green Bay and Pittsburgh first met in 1933, and the Packers rattled off nine wins in a row (1933-46) to begin the regular-season series. The Packers currently hold the all-time regular-season series with a 19-16 advantage. u Green Bay won the lone postseason matchup between these franchises with a 31-25 victory over Pittsburgh in Super Bowl XLV. u The Packers have scored 27-plus points in the last five matchups (2-3 record) against the Steelers.
