113th Grey Cup playoff scenarios for the upcoming week

TORONTO – The following scenarios are in play this week.

EAST DIVISION

  • TOR LOSS + MTL WIN = MTL claims first place and the right to host the Eastern Final on Saturday, November 7.

WEST DIVISION

  • SSK WIN = SSK clinches playoff berth.

ROAD TO THE 113TH GREY CUP

  • Week 14: MTL secured a postseason berth and the right to host a playoff game.
  • Week 15: EDM secured a postseason berth.
  • Week 16: TOR secured a postseason berth and the right to host a playoff game.
  • Week 17: West to East crossover confirmed.

CROSSOVER RULE
​If the fourth-place team in Division A – A4 – has more points than the third-place team in Division B – B3 (they cannot be tied), A4 will cross over and take the place of B3 in terms of playoff seeding. A4 will then compete against B2 in the Division B Semi-final.
