Phillies: RHP Andrew Painter (3-10, 5.59 ERA, 1.42 WHIP, 107 K in 120.2 IP over 22 starts). The highly touted 23-year-old prospect has shown flashes (high strikeout upside, mid-90s fastball) but struggled with consistency and hard contact in his rookie season. Recent outings have been mixed.
