NEW YORK – Today New York City FC has loaned Forward Seymour Reid to Sporting Kansas City through May 2027. In exchange New York City receives $75,000 in 2026 General Allocation Money (GAM), with up to an additional $50,000 GAM if certain performance objectives are met.
The Club retains the right to recall the player if Reid does not meet a minutes threshold from now through the remainder of the 2026 season.
This year, the Forward has made 14 appearances tallying one assist across all competitions.
