Naylor, 26, has spent his entire Major League career with Cleveland after being selected in the first round of the 2018 draft. Across five seasons, he has appeared in 346 games, batting .199 with 40 home runs and 125 RBI. He also represented Team Canada in the 2023 and 2026 World Baseball Classics, adding international experience to his résumé.
Heuer Adds Veteran Relief Depth
Heuer, 30, has pitched for five Major League clubs, including both Chicago franchises, Texas, Detroit, and Cleveland. He owns a career 10–5 record and 3.76 ERA with three saves across 97 relief appearances. His career has included two significant interruptions due to right‑elbow surgeries that sidelined him for the 2022 and 2024 seasons.
Perkins Heads to Cleveland After Four Seasons in Milwaukee
Perkins, 29, spent four seasons with the Brewers after signing with the club in November 2022. He appeared in 297 games, batting .223 with 14 home runs, 93 RBI, and 38 stolen bases. He was a Gold Glove finalist in center field in 2024. Before joining Milwaukee, Perkins played in the Washington, Kansas City, and New York Yankees farm systems.
Yoho Moves After Two Seasons with Brewers Organization
Yoho, 26, was drafted by Milwaukee in the eighth round in 2023 after converting from infielder to pitcher at Indiana University. He made his Major League debut last season, appearing in eight games, and logged 15 relief appearances for the Brewers this year.
The trade gives Milwaukee a controllable catcher and a veteran bullpen arm, while Cleveland adds outfield depth and a young reliever with developmental upside.
