Jeter Promotions Yvgeniy Pavlov on a championship Track

BALTIMORE, MD. – Jeter Promotions undefeated 130-pound prospect Yvgeniy Pavlov is on the fast track to a world title opportunity.

The 26-year-old of Kazakhstan is 11-0 with eight knockouts and has shown the he will be one of the top fighters in the division.

He had over 250 amateur bouts and fought all over Europe and Asia. He was a Finalist of the Brandenburg Cup Tournament in 2017 in Germany; A participant in the World Championships in St. Petersburg, Russia in, 2016; Plus he was a Winner of the International Tournament in memory of Nikolai Pavlyukov in, 2017 as well as a Finalist of the “Golden Glove” International Tournament in Thailand in 2019.

Pavlov turned professional in 2020 after building a solid foundation in the amateur circuit. Known as “Pablo,” a name given to him by Team Canelo Alvarez while he was training in CA. In September 2021—with only four professional bouts under his belt—Pavlov stepped into the ring against the highly experienced Isaac Sackey (24-1-1). Pavlov didn’t just win; he dismantled the veteran to capture the WBA International super bantamweight title. Yevgeniy Pavlov is an undefeated prospect with a record of 11-0 (8 KOs) as of April 2026. He recently made a successful debut with Jeter Promotions in the super featherweight division.

He was rated as high as number-four by the WBA.

On April 25, 2026, he fought at the Hilton Inner Harbor Baltimore. He won a hard-fought unanimous decision over veteran Antonio Dunton-El Jr. in his 130-pound debut. 

In early 2026, Pavlov officially transitioned from the 122-pound (super bantamweight) division to super featherweight (130 pounds). He is now permanently based in the United States, training in Philadelphia under coach Wade Hinnant and Randy Hinnant also his Strength & Conditioning coaches Nikita Ussenov and Giovanni Romero.
