Bragg Gaming Group posted stronger‑than‑expected Q4 2025 results, driven by significant U.S. growth and expanding proprietary content sales, even as tightening regulations in the Netherlands weighed on overall performance.

Revenue Performance

The Toronto‑based iGaming technology and content supplier reported USD $31.8 million in Q4 revenue, with a 5.1% year‑over‑year increase when excluding the Netherlands. Full‑year revenue reached a record USD $123 million, up 4% from 2024.

Including the Netherlands, total Q4 revenue rose 1.9% year‑over‑year.

Netherlands Market Contraction

Revenue from the Dutch market fell 4.6% compared to Q4 2024, reflecting broader market contraction tied to higher taxes and stricter regulatory requirements.

Other regions delivered strong gains:

  • Brazil: +42.1% YoY
  • United States: +55.0% YoY, fueled by increased sales of high‑margin proprietary content

PAM Platform Expansion

Bragg highlighted several key platform wins in Q4:

  • 711.nl extended its PAM agreement to include Belgium’s regulated market
  • Entain expanded its PAM deal for BetCity.nl in the Netherlands
  • Senator Group renewed its PAM partnership for Croatia
  • SuomiVeto signed a new PAM and turnkey agreement for Finland’s upcoming regulated market, launching July 1, 2027

Workforce Reduction & AI Strategy

Bragg also announced a 12% global workforce reduction, part of a broader restructuring tied to its long‑term AI strategy.

Central to that plan is the Bragg AI Brain, a data‑driven engine designed to:

  • Integrate AI‑enhanced features into 90%+ of new product launches
  • Automate over 75% of operational workflows by 2027

CEO Matevž Mazij said the company delivered “record revenues, strategic expansion and important AI and restructuring initiatives,” positioning Bragg for continued growth in 2026.

Mazij added that Bragg aims to:

  • Expand content market share in Brazil and the U.S.
  • Pursue emerging verticals such as Historical Horse Racing, Live Racing, and Prediction Markets
  • Enter new jurisdictions offering higher‑margin content opportunities
